Moments Framed
Perceptual Photography Practice
Exploring abstraction, natural, architecture, and spiritual perception through photography.
Early Works (before 2015)
Early photographic works that laid the foundations of my current artistic practice.
About
Rooted in the concept of Uchiokoshi — the act of lifting the bow at the beginning of a shot in kyūdō, a practice I studied — I present photographs created before 2015 to reveal the early elevation of my artistic vision. These works trace the foundations of my creative journey, reflecting experimentation, growth, and the gradual emergence of my visual language. They are precursors to my later works of pure creation, carrying the first intuitions of ideas and forms that I would explore more freely over time. Marked by a sense of authenticity and raw emotion, these early photographs highlight themes and techniques that continue to shape my practice today. Seen together, they form the initial movement of my artistic trajectory — the moment just before full tension, direction, and release.
